A fast-growing, technology-driven business in the building services sector is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation/Project Manager to lead a 12-month end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation. The role has a strong focus on Finance and related modules and is pivotal in transforming how the business operates, scales, and makes financial decisions.
Role Overview:
1. Own the full ERP project lifecycle-from planning and design to delivery, adoption, and optimisation.
2. Lead Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM module implementation, including system configuration, integrations, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
3. Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
4. Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, external consultants, and third-party vendors.
5. Drive change management, end-user training, and adoption to ensure smooth post-implementation operations.
6. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining governance standards.
Requirements:
7. Minimum 5 years' project management experience, including at least two ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred)
8. CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification advantageous as must have end to end finance experience
9. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM.
10. Experience managing external system integrators and consultants.
11. Excellent planning, risk management, and delivery skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
Desirable:
12. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
13. Experience implementing ERP in a marketplace, B2B, or complex operational environment.
This is a 12 month interim role contract offering hybrid working.
