Qualified Social Worker (QSW) Post ASYE Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our dynamic team post-Assessment and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE). Responsibilities

Requirements
* Valid Social Work qualification and full registration with the relevant professional body.
* Minimum of three years post‑qualification experience as a social worker.
* Demonstrated expertise in working with individuals and families in a social care setting.
* Thorough understanding of social work legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Proven case management skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations effectively.
