At The National Learning Group, we're on a mission to transform education with expert online tutors supporting students from Reception to A-Level and beyond.
We're growing fast and looking for a super-organised, proactive Tutor Support Administrator to join our purpose-driven team.In this dynamic role, you'll help ensure our tutors are supported, working with the Tutor Team Manager, well-organised, and delivering consistently high standards. From planning CPD events to reviewing teaching and admin quality, you'll be right at the heart of tutor success — with real opportunities to grow and progress in this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Coordinating and scheduling CPD and tutor development sessions.
* Organising internal tutor events and meetings.
* Monitoring tutor wellbeing and supporting wellbeing initiatives.
* Reviewing tutor administrative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal standards.
* Watching back tutor sessions to provide quality feedback and support teaching improvements.
* Acting as a friendly and efficient point of contact for tutor queries.
* Supporting the Tutor Team Manager with operational projects and performance tracking.

* Experience in admin, education, quality review or training support roles (bonus points for experience in tutoring or teaching).

Schedule:
* 8-hour shifts
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends – because weekends are sacred.
