A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Executive Administration team for a Corporate Administrator. This role is designed to primarily support the Employee Director and the wider Partnership work, while also working flexibly across the Corporate Support Team. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and flexible, with the ability to understand the complexities of the Employee Director's workload and support them to focus on their key priorities. The role involves providing a confidential, efficient, and effective administrative service.
Responsibilities
* Provide confidential, efficient, and effective administrative support to the Employee Director and the Partnership team.
* Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes; support non-routine administrative/office procedures and systems as required.
* Plan and prioritise workloads, work independently and as part of a team, and take initiative and responsibility for actions with a focus on accuracy.
* Work flexibly across the Corporate Support Team as needed to support overall operations.
Qualifications
* HND/HNC in business administration or at least two years of administrative experience working with senior management.
* Experience in providing administrative support for meetings, including competent minute-taking skills.
* A good understanding of the NHS in Scotland and well-developed administrative and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of non-routine administrative/office procedures and systems.
* Highly developed computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
