We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team in the Rochdale Borough. As a Care Professional your client visits may consist of: Dinner preparation Help with medication and self-care Companionship Accompanying your clients to appointments, or a visit to the shops Helping your clients with their night time routine Hours of work will be 4.45pm-9.30pm
