Your role as S enior Support Worker will play a key role in providing high-quality care, supervision, and support to children in a residential setting. They will act as a role model for junior staff, contribute to care planning, and ensure that children receive a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment that meets their emotional and developmental needs. The role requiresa degree ofleadershipqualities, including supporting the management team in ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance

Requirements
* Diploma Level 3 in CYPD / NVQ Level 3 Working with Children
* Proven experience of working with and supporting children and young people and their families, including those at risk of exploitation, within the community.
* Minimum3years’ experience in a similar, or other relevant setting.
* Knowledge of general health,safetyand well-being of children.
* Knowledge of legislation
* Goodwritten and oral communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills, able to liaise across a wide range of interests
* Effective organisational skills
