What you will be doing
1. Managing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing
2. Providing support to the clients to move home with as little stress as possible
3. Following a probation period, stepping up to lead the Property Department to enable the existing Head to move into another role.
What skills and attributes do you need?
1. Technical competence
2. Good communication
3. 6 to 8 years PQE
4. Commitment to teamwork
5. A developed network of contacts would be an advantage but not essential
6. Dedication to excellent service
This is a leadership role and therefore is mostly office based although there would be some flexibility to work from home when appropriate.
