Help:Desk Administrator
My client is a provider of tailored and bespoke domestic gas and renewable engineering projects and maintenance, providing a wide range of specialist technical solutions to a blue:chip client portfolio .
A Helpdesk Administrator is required to provide contract and general administrative support with key duties and accountabilitys to include (not limited to):
* To manage and plan/schedule and dispatch reactive work orders and PPM to the appropriate engineer(s)
* Handling incoming calls, liaison with existing and/or new clients responding to the enquiries accordingly.
* Raising purchase orders and invoicing
* Raising and Closing of all tasks via the in:house CAFM as required
* Assisting with and raising small:works quotations
* Liaising with sub:contractors and suppliers
* Assisting with financial and compliance requirements
* Provide accurate system reporting and assist with the progression of task SLA delivery and compliance
Candidate Requirements
* The successful candidate will be an experienced within the Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management and/or Construction sectors and/or relevant industry sector due to the nature of the position.
* The successful candidate will be employed in a similar position or will have held similar positions to include, as an example Service Desk Administrator/Helpdesk/Service Desk Planner or relevant equivalent title within the industry.
* Possess a strong knowledge of M and E Maintenance Service Contracts from an Administration, Help:Desk/Service Desk prospective
* Excellent IT system skills i.e. Microsoft Office
* CAFM experience i.e. Big Change would be advantageous
