Location: Blackpool, FY3
Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Blackpool FY3 area, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave, starting as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting early childhood education and making a real difference in the classroom.
Role Highlights:
Support children across EYFS in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning experiences
Assist with the development of children’s personal, social, and academic growth
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working in an EYFS setting
Relevant qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning preferred)
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
