Day Lewis Plc is looking for an exeperienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our onsite pharmacy unit in our Croydon headquarters. This is a unique business set up which is growing rapidly, we require people with an excellent work ethic, keen to be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the Hub operation in managing the day-to-day duties such as the de-blistering of medication, the running of the robots and the checking of the assembled MDS trays.
* Perform general pharmacy duties in line with the Hub operation under the supervision of the MDS Hub manager and responsible pharmacist
* Accurately check the assembled MDS trays
* Comply with all relevant company SOP’s, information governance, health and safety policies and procedures.
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the MDS Hub
* Complete date checking and cleaning in accordance with the company SOP’s and ensure that adequate records are maintained
* You will work in a fast paced, process driven environment, across a variety of operational roles on our bespoke prescription assembly line.
* Attention to detail is key in this role, you must be confident in working under pressure and checking detail.
* Key to the role is ensuring that high standards of both quality and safety are always maintained.
* Build professional and disciplined relationships with key team members
* Previous Pharmacy Assistant expererience is required, and experience of working in an automated/ assembly environment would be ideal.
