We have a new opportunity to join our Park Gate Head Office within the People Team as a Talent Acquisition Manager!
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as an Internal Recruitment Manager or in a similar managerial recruitment role.
* Knowledge of the motor trade is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Strong ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
* Self-motivated, able to work effectively under pressure.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
What you will be doing:
* Manage recruitment across multiple departments, including Store Sales, Head Office Sales/Contact Centre, Aftersales, Preparation, and Administration.
* Collaborate with Hiring Managers to attract and retain top talent.
* Oversee day-to-day candidate management, ensuring a seamless experience from application to onboarding.
* Proactively source, headhunt, and attract high-quality candidates to meet business needs.
* Develop engaging job adverts and detailed job specifications.
* Advertise vacancies through various channels and manage candidate applications.
* Shortlist applicants and maintain timely communication with candidates.
* Conduct pre-screen interviews and support the management team throughout the interview process.
* Organise and coordinate recruitment events for new sites or large team hires.
* Train managers on best practices and interview techniques.
* Provide regular KPI reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
