The Role
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract based in our Bristol office. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Daily monitoring of the enquiries inbox, raising and distributing any enquiries, as appropriate
- Creating and circulating the weekly PR & Marketing email to the firm
- Organising meetings and co-ordinating diaries
- Conference support, sending materials to international locations and working alongside marketing colleagues to co-ordinate online conferences
- International trip programme - processing of trip requests from start to finish, including requesting and monitoring trip reports
- Updating GDPR permissions for all new additions to firms’ database
- Monitoring the bulk email system (CampaignMaster) inbox and actioning as appropriate
About You
To join us as a Marketing Administrator, you'll need:
- Demonstrable administration experience
- An analytical approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to recognise and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels
- A strong desire to learn and a willingness to become involved
- Ability to work individually and within a team
