Role Overview
Join Barclays as a PMO Analyst, supporting Change Delivery Managers in successfully delivering projects. Ensure project management processes align with control and governance standards and support the organisation's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support change delivery managers to ensure programme compliance with Barclays Control Framework, overseeing controls and governance standards.
2. Develop and implement standardised PMO processes and methodologies aligned with controls and governance standards to facilitate project success.
3. Monitor project performance, track progress, identify risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and report status to senior management.
4. Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Facilitate project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective management of risks and issues.
6. Provide change management training to project managers and stakeholders.
7. Continuously improve project management practices by identifying and implementing enhancements.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Experience in financial services, particularly in markets.
* Understanding of project financials, including budgets and forecasts, with the ability to report to senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of project governance components like Business Cases, Business Readiness Plans, and Risk Analysis.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Tableau.
