JWR is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at a popular seaside location in Newquay. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Salary / Package
Salary from £30-£35k DOE+ Service Charge

Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Implement effective cost control measures and achieve financial targets.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
