A prestigious high-end manufacturing business, based in the heart of Trafford Park require a proven customer service professional to join their team
Responsibilities include:
1. Based in the post-installation team, you shall be part of a vital customer care and administration team who are responsible for looking after client product installations through to any aftercare and warranty needs
2. Processing client paperwork at point of sale and sign off using internal systems
3. Liaising with clients to discuss suitable dates and time for products to be installed and any remedial/warranty/fault issues dealt with in a timely manner
4. Taking calls from clients who have issues with products that have been installed and are under warranty, advising who would be best suited to assist them
5. Liaising internally with the planning department and customer to book a suitable time for repairs to be completed
