The Vacancy
Join the Customer Engagement Team, dedicated to enhancing resident experiences through insights and data-driven decisions. Led by Rachel Edwards, the team includes two Customer Engagement Officers, a Coordinator, and a vacant Co-Creation Lead position. You will collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop engagement strategies aligned with sector standards and regulations, ideally with experience in the Housing sector and familiarity with legislation like the Housing Regulation Act.
As a Housing Research and Insight Officer, your role involves gathering and analyzing data to improve customer engagement, conducting research, horizon scanning, and communicating insights effectively to diverse audiences.
This flexible, part-time role offers 17.5 hours per week, with arrangements to suit your preferred schedule.
Please note, this role is internally known as Research and Insight Officer.
The Role
You will need strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to interpret and present insights clearly. Your expertise in research and industry trend analysis will help keep the organization ahead. Knowledge of housing regulations and consumer standards is essential to shape compliant engagement strategies. You should be skilled at translating complex data into accessible insights for decision-making and building effective stakeholder relationships within the housing sector.

While primarily home-based, travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings is expected.
