CLASS 1 DRIVERS - DAYS OR NIGHTS
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 0600 or 1800 STARTS
Pay: £17.00 PER HOUR DAYS - £18.00 PER HOUR NIGHTS
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Class 1 Drivers to join our well-established client based in Middleton, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Rates of Pay
* £17.00 per hour Monday - Friday days
* £18.00 hour Monday - Friday nights
Day to Day Duties
* Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
* Complete 2-4 store deliveries per shift
* Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
* Carry out vehicle inspections and report any faults to management
* Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner
* Communicate any issues / delays effectively
* Abide by all working time rules and regulations
* Complete any necessary paperwork
Essential Skills
* Hold a valid UK Category CE Driving Licence
* At least twelve months experience driving Category CE vehicles
* Hold a valid CPC and digital tachograph card
* No more than six points for MINOR offences (No IN10, DR10, DD10)
* Good customer service and communication skills
Desirable Experience
* Experience with store deliveries would be an advantage
Training
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
* Paid site induction
