About the Role
Working an average of 2–3 days per week on a rolling basis, you will play a key role in shaping the people impact of a wide range of business process improvement initiatives. In addition to project-focused work, you will also provide business-as-usual HR support to the existing Head of HR, offering both practical expertise and strategic guidance.

* Review and update job duties, job descriptions, organisational structures, and employment contracts as needed.
* Conduct impact assessments and recommend appropriate people‑focused interventions.
* Support change management and communication activities aligned with transformation plans.
* Provide operational HR support to the Head of HR across employee relations, policy, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure HR considerations are aligned with organisational goals.
About You
We’re looking for a consultant who brings:
* Significant HR experience within professional services, financial services, or consulting environments.
* A strong track record supporting organisations through process improvement, automation, or technology‑driven change.
* The ability to operate confidently with senior leaders and provide pragmatic, commercially minded HR advice.
* Experience updating HR documentation, contracts, and role profiles.
* An adaptable, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to balance strategic input and hands‑on delivery.
* Availability for hybrid working, including regular on‑site presence.
