Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer who understands marketing well to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of branding and digital design, role of design in marketing, marketing strategies, with the ability to create visually compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical skills with good communication.
Responsibilities
* Create visually compelling graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website banners.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics.
* Assist in the production and editing of short videos for promotional use.
* Help maintain and organize our digital asset library.
* Stay informed about current design trends and techniques.
* Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
* Incorporate feedback from the team to refine and finalize designs.
Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe(Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
* Basic understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
* Familiarity with marketing principles and the role of design in promotional campaigns.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design work.
* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creative design.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Experience with video editing software is a plus.
