Job Description
As an Infrastructure Technology Project Support Officer you will be responsible for support with planning, managing and delivering infrastructure asset replacements in one of the following; cloud migration solutions; printer refresh; client hardware/software solutions.
Environment: 3 days in the office in Bradford
Contract length: 9 months (will most likely be extended)
Day rate: £250 inside IR35
Responsibilities
* Work across the business but focusing on Infrastructure Services. Coordinating with IT and external partners to develop, agree and execute a detailed plan.
* Support the Project Manager with project planning, risks/issues management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, oversight of application, infrastructure, Service transition, support and business readiness.
* Form strong working relationships with Business and IT, matrix managing teams to ensure successful execution of the implementation.
* Support planning and executing cutover rehearsal and back out rehearsal activities.
Key skills:
* Be an experienced Project Support Officer with a track record of delivery
* Have experience of large technology operations and asset refresh programmes
* Have experience of cloud software upgrades
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with Senior Management
* Strong reporting and data analysis and change management skills
* Excellent spreadsheet skills (Google sheets preferred)
