Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Power, Renewables & Process Plant
Salary: £27,000–£32,000 DOE + highly lucrative, no-threshold commission

Integrate Resources Group is a successful, medium-sized recruitment business turning over more than £11 million, operating across Power, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, Construction and major Process Plant projects.
Our Solihull branch is focused on supplying skilled labour and technical staff across:
* Power generation & maintenance
* Renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Biomass)
* Hydrogen production facilities
* Large-scale process plants & heavy industrial sites
* Mechanical, Erection & Electrical disciplines
We work with some of the biggest clients across the UK — and demand is growing fast.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who wants to build and grow their own desk within high-value, high-demand technical sectors.
If you’ve worked in construction, M&E, engineering, power, energy or industrial recruitment — you’ll fit perfectly.
You will:
* Develop new business across Power, Renewables, Hydrogen & Process Plant markets
* Grow warm accounts and open new sites with existing clients
* Build strong relationships with contractors and clients
* Manage your own projects, workforce and desk
* Deliver high-quality placements across mechanical, erection, electrical and industrial roles
* Work in a supportive, positive environment with zero micromanagement

* Experience in a 360 recruitment role
* Ideally experience in construction, technical, industrial or M&E recruitment
* Confident business development skills
* Ability to manage contractors and clients effectively
