At RTN Mental Health Solutions, we are seeking a Clinical Administrator to join our Clinical Operations team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our referral process, helping clients access high-quality, timely mental health care. Key Responsibilities
* Referral Management – Process and review client referrals, ensuring compliance with NHS and NICE criteria, and follow up with referrers for any missing information.
* Administrative Support – Maintain accurate records, support team communications, and assist with data entry and quality assurance.
* Governance & Compliance – Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and RTN’s professional standards.

Requirements
Essential:
* Previous administrative experience in healthcare, psychological, or neurodevelopmental services
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Google Sheets/Excel).
* Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Desirable:
* Experience with data entry, quality assurance, and record-keeping.
* Psychology or health-related qualification (e.g., degree or certification).
* Familiarity with NHS or mental health referral pathways.
