Job Description:
Camino Search is supporting a leading professional services client on an exciting transformation journey, seeking a Transformation Analyst to support the Chief Transformation Officer.
This individual will:
* Support the Chief Transformation Officer in delivering the new business change, technology adoption, and regulatory compliance agenda.
* Collaborate across the business with stakeholders from various functions (IT, Risk, HR, Finance, etc.).
* Drive the delivery of key topics, taking a hands-on approach to implementation.
We are therefore looking for:
* Experience delivering transformation projects, ideally with broad experience across change and technology.
* Experience within professional or financial services.
* A proactive attitude, bringing a hands-on approach to move projects forward.
This opportunity offers a salary of approximately £55,000 per annum and is based 2-3 days per week onsite in Leicester.
