Your Role: Leisure Operations Manager
As our Leisure Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of leisure services to a diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and consistently delivering high performance.
* Collaborating closely with the General Manager and leading staff meetings.
* Conducting staff appraisals and fostering a positive morale throughout the centre.
* Maintaining health and safety standards, overseeing daily maintenance and cleaning operations.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience in a leisure environment and proven management skills.
* A motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate approach to your work.
* A strong focus on customer service, with examples of how you and your team have exceeded customer expectations.
* Experience in engaging and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
