The Role
A people-focused sales role where you will:
* Build relationships with teachers, support staff and school leaders
* Make confident outbound calls and promote high-quality candidates
* Understand school needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
* Follow natural education cycles with shorter working hours (at full pay) in school holidays
* Progress quickly with full training and support

Working Hours
Term time: 8-hour shift between 7:00am5:30pm
School holidays:
* MonThu: 9:00am3:00pm
* Fri: 9:00am1:00pm
Salary
* Year 1 OTE: £35,000£40,000
* Year 2+: £45,000£50,000+ (Base salary £26,600 + bonus and commission)
