Overview
Position: Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Enterprise clients. Industry: Global software leader in DevOps, Testing, AI & Data Management. Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office).
About the role
Are you a QA / Automation Tester, looking to move into a more people/sales-focused role? If so, please read on as this is the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is a global software company with rapid growth and a number of large tech firm acquisitions. Notable clients include NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung and Tesla.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Enterprise clients, solving their tech challenges and making recommendations.
* Address risk from an early stage and create action plans to reduce this risk, improving customer retention.
* Help customers along their journey to hit goals and milestones and provide a strong ROI.
Tech experience required
* CI / Automation Technologies such as Appium, Selenium, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, JMeter
