What we'll need you to bring Masters degree in Pharmacy Registered to practice with the General Pharmaceutical Council Continuing Professional Development as detailed by the General Pharmaceutical Council (mandatory requirement) Minimum 6 years hospital pharmacy experience with 4 years working within a clinical or technical speciality Ability to monitor patient therapeutic regimens to ensure effectiveness and reduce toxicity. Previous experience in delivering training and education at post-graduate level. Demonstrable use of clinical audit to improve practice. Demonstrate advanced level of clinical reasoning and judgement. Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work to deadlines and manage resources Participation in weekend and public holiday working Participation in pharmacy emergency duty service (if appropriate) Post graduate degree / diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Management Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
