Overview

We're looking for people who are motivated, resilient, and ambitious to join our specialist Broadband sales team. As a B2B Sales Consultant you'll respond to warm leads and use a consultative approach to guide prospects to a sale from gaining a thorough understanding of their business connectivity needs. Our basic salary is £28,000, moving to £30,000 after probation, OTE is £55k uncapped! No catches, no clawbacks - just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

The Role

Working in a fast-paced, sales role is nothing new for you - so 2 years previous success in a B2B Broadband sales role, backed with confidence in your own ability is a must. You\'ll also need to be motivated to smash targets consistently and thrive working under pressure. A clear understanding of SOGEA, FTTC, ADSL, PSTN, IDSN and Lease Line would be highly advantageous.


Responsibilities

* Respond to warm leads and use a consultative approach to guide prospects to a sale, gaining a thorough understanding of their business connectivity needs.
* Proactively offer new technology and communications solutions and sell a Broadband product while delivering a brilliant customer service.
* Work through your pipeline to understand the Broadband requirements of the customer, overcoming any objections they may have.
* Maintain a high level of customer service while achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

* 2 years previous success in a B2B Broadband sales role.
* Motivated to smash targets consistently and thrive working under pressure.
* Understanding of SOGEA, FTTC, ADSL, PSTN, IDSN and Lease Line is advantageous.
