Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Shift pattern: All shifts are 12-hour shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off, days and waking nights
Salary: £24.849.24 per annum (pro rata)

Role Overview
The role involves supporting individuals with budgeting, managing their tenancy, developing life skills, and supporting women to achieve community opportunities and personal goals.
Responsibilities
* Support women discharged from secure services with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses.
* Deliver person‑centred, therapeutically driven support.
* Assist with budgeting, tenancy management, and life skills development.
* Encourage participation in community opportunities.
