The Opportunity
We are looking for a full-time team leader to join our Piazza Covent Garden store for Penhaligon's. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the management team and can assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence. The role encompasses all team members, merchandise, and customer service elements. The Team Leader is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and building motivated teams.
You will develop and increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty while maintaining the standards of the store group retailer. You will achieve sales targets, promote Puig brands, and deliver a unique customer experience by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
Responsibilities include:
1. Analyzing sales reports and data to determine business needs and strategize accordingly.
2. Motivating sales team members to meet sales and productivity goals.
3. Ensuring all fragrance consultants provide excellent customer service.
4. Managing client database to increase sales and client contact.
5. Resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
6. Supporting team member training.
7. Understanding and executing cash control procedures.
8. Collaborating with the Store Manager on staffing, risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory.
9. Implementing merchandising strategies effectively.
