Responsibilities
* Answering calls and managing incoming emails.
* Booking jobs and organising the company diary.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Preparing invoices and handling general paperwork.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
* Providing day‑to‑day administrative support.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Highly organized with good attention to detail.
* Confident using email, Word, and Excel.
* Able to work independently and use initiative.
* Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential.
