Preceptorship - Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Your Day-to-Day
* Work 44 hours a week at Cygnet Hospital Derby
* Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
* Collaborate with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality
* Attend all training sessions and engage in CPD to enhance your knowledge and promote nursing standards
* Ensure care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in accordance with NMC guidelines
* Administer prescribed medicines following healthcare procedures and guidelines
You Are...
* Open, compassionate, honest, and resilient
* A newly qualified (or soon to be qualified) RMN / RNLD with a current valid registration
* Capable of maintaining documentation and undertaking audits
* Well-informed about the Mental Health Act 1983 and familiar with the latest nursing practices
* Able to deputise in a clinical lead role
* Focused on patient recovery, monitoring, managing, and reducing risks
* Committed to empowering and supporting service user independence
