Experienced Project Coordinator required in Haydock to start in April, covering maternity leave for a period of 9 to 12 months.
Working for this established, well respected and industry leading international manufacturer, this position reports to the HSEQ Manager and is based in the Production Office. This role will support several departments, providing support to a SHEQ team, Engineering team and a Projects team, you will need Project experience
Hours of work are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 14:00 Fridays with hybrid working, 2 days from home, 3 days in the office
Accountabilities and Activities
General office Administration
Updating of Sales Orders as directed
Project documentation issue and control such as RAMS and Drawings
Update status of production dates in real time by chairing the Production Meeting
Help expedite projects through the company.
Maintain up to date invoicing for accounts team.
Assist with Co-ordination of Project resource and equipment.
Loading Variation Sales Orders.
Submit internal requests for equipment to be shipped to site.
Assisting Project Managers and the HSEQ Department with day-to-day requirements
Maintain the WEEE register.
Maintain Work Wallet, EVOTIX and Dashboards systems.
Support the Engineering Department with Administrative Support.

4. Updating Project Managers sales order dates to reflect a true reflection when kit are needed onsite
5. Keeping up to date with project invoicing weekly and monthly
6. Attending project handovers with Project Managers to capture all project details and help assist by loading new project, raising on order payments, and raising sales orders etc.
7. Help raise requisitions where needed i.e., for quick turnarounds on products needed, raising requisitions for subcontractors to undertake civils and electrical works
8. Help Assisting Project Managers with shipping materials to site
9. Check over Project Managers Planned costs ensuring nothing is duplicated in the components under planned costs when they are set to MRP ‘no’
10. Prompting PM’s projects needs a packing slip weekly and monthly if there is anything outstanding
11. Help improve documentation control within the projects department.
12. Help assist Project Managers in raising Variation orders payments on sales order and project for payments
13. Raising RMAs for returned items as requested by Project Managers.
14. Compiling Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statement for approval by Project Managers and H&S.
15. Compiling Information Packs for Installation Teams.
16. Collaborating with Installation Department on Installation and Commissioning Plan and Programme.
17. Provision of O&M Manuals at Project Handover.
18. Preparing Project Completion Handover Pack.
19. Supporting Project Managers and the HSEQ Department in preparing Project Specific HSEQ Plans, including ITP’s and Quality plans.
20. Conduct construction site audits in conjunction with the HSEQ department
Required Education and Qualifications
Relevant administrative qualification
HNC
Previous experience using PRIORITY
Other requirements
UK driving licence.
Software Packages
Company Intranet (SharePoint), Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Priority, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook
