Your Responsibilities
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders involved in case management.
* Maintain and oversee case calendars, deadlines, and correspondence to ensure timely progress.
* Conduct thorough legal research using platforms like Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategies.
* File legal documents in state and federal courts, adhering to proper procedures and formatting requirements.
* Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, subpoenas, deposition summaries, and trial exhibits.
* Coordinate depositions, expert evaluations, and court reporting services to facilitate case preparation.
* Organize and manage medical records, case files, and other essential materials for litigation.
* Participate in case strategy meetings and provide detailed notes from expert consultations.
* Assist in trial preparation by compiling exhibits and necessary documentation.
What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in medical malpractice and complex litigation.
* Proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to analyze and interpret medical records with high accuracy.
