You’ll be spending your day talking to people, building relationships, and finding the right candidates for our clients’ business-critical roles. What You’ll Be Doing Speaking with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and career goals Building strong relationships and networks through phone calls, referrals, and database searches Matching the right people to the right opportunities Supporting our consultants by providing top-quality candidates for live vacancies Learning the full recruitment process with opportunities to progress into consultant roles What We’re Looking For An outgoing, confident personality with great communication skills Experience in phone-based work, sales, retail, account management, insurance, car sales, or even retail jewellers A driven, target-focused mindset with a desire to succeed Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being busy Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position What’s in it for You?
