We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 plus benefits for a part‑time, permanent role (approximately 20 hours per week). Flexible shift patterns are required and you may be called upon to work a range of shifts.
As a Supervisor, you play an active part in the store management team, supporting Store and Assistant Managers and overseeing day‑to‑day store operations.

* Communicate within the store at all levels
* Plan and organise yourself and others
Additional responsibilities include opening and closing the store, managing shifts, delegating tasks, coaching colleagues, and creating a welcoming store environment that builds a culture of trust and respect.
