About the Department
Our Business Analysis function plays a critical role in delivering strategic insights and enabling successful change across the organisation. We work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects and programmes are supported by robust analysis, clear requirements, and effective solutions.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis across multiple complex projects and programmes. As Business Analyst Team Manager, you'll set standards, foster continuous improvement, and champion best practice in business analysis tools and methodologies.
You'll provide strategic oversight, support resource planning, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This role combines leadership with hands-on expertise, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for
Essential:
• Proven experience leading a business analysis team and delivering results in a changing environment
• Significant people management experience, including coaching and mentoring and managing development
• Professional qualification in BCS core principles and techniques
• Extensive experience in business analysis across complex projects and programmes
• Expertise in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Agile, DMAIC)
• Strong understanding of business case development, benefits realisation, and change management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
• Experience working in a matrix or multi-disciplinary environment
