Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with vehicle suppliers to ensure all orders are processed in line with agreed SLA’s.
* Handle vehicle service, defect, and breakdown requests following company procedures and guidelines, ensuring minimal disruption to internal customers and contracts.
* Ensure SLA’s are achieved with minimal downtime.
* Investigate and respond to internal customer and external supplier queries.
* Update fleet management systems.
* Assist in general fleet desk duties, providing support for other aspects of the fleet department as needed.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of workshop practices and charges is advantageous.
* Industry knowledge of light and heavy commercial vehicles.
* Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
* Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
* Ability to work as part of a team to deliver service and operational performance within a safe environment.
* IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience with fleet management software, particularly Jaama Key2, is preferred.
