Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting
1. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, closing reports, and cost accounting schedules.
2. Prepare and review revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documentation.
3. Analyse revenue and expenditure trends to support informed business decisions.
4. Resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
Controls, Processes &pliance
5. Assist with establishing, maintaining, and coordinating accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
6. Monitor and review accounting system outputs for accuracy andpleteness.
7. Prepare and manage external statutory audits and financial statements.
Budgeting & Reporting
8. Analyse and review budgets and spending across business units.
9. Assist with cashflow management, forecasting, and reporting.
10. Submit consolidated financial results into the group reporting package.
Team Leadership
11. Supervise, support, and guide members of the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
What You’ll Bring
12. Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
13. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpretplex financial data.
14. Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
15. Confident user of accounting systems and Excel.
16. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
17. A collaborative mindset and experience supporting or leading a small team.
