Landscape Management Consultants [1070395]
Join Stephenson Halliday, part of the RSK Group, to deliver award‑winning landscape planning, design and management services across the UK. This full‑time role is based at our offices in Hemel Hempstead, London, Tonbridge, Bristol, Bath, Exeter, with hybrid/remote options for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
* Conduct and coordinate open space/green infrastructure strategies, site assessments and audits.
* Advise on management and maintenance considerations for designs and proposals.
* Prepare and implement landscape and ecological management plans, addressing Biodiversity Net Gain requirements.
* Prepare and implement invasive species management plans.
* Prepare and implement historic landscapes/estate management plans.
* Advise on compliance with relevant policy, legislation, good practice and standards.
Key Responsibilities (Principal and Above)
* Lead and mentor the landscape team, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
* Collaborate with Landscape Planning, Design, Town & Mineral Planning and EIA leads to grow our project pipeline across the UK.
* Provide technical leadership, setting methodology standards and ensuring top‑tier quality.
Person Specification
* Experience in landscape management consultancy and/or onsite implementation across open space, parks & gardens, historic landscapes & estates, and infrastructure projects.
* Excellent report‑writing skills.
* Valid driving licence.
* Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) – preferred.
* Postgraduate or Masters in a related landscape course – preferred.
* Willingness to work away from home as required.
Salary and Benefits
* £27,000 – £55,000 DOE
