Hospitality Systems and Applications Lead
We are looking for a Hospitality Systems and Applications Lead to join our Operations Team. This role will provide day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and optimisation of hospitality systems across parks. The role ensures systems remain accurate, user‑friendly, compliant, and aligned with operational and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Load, maintain, configure and improve:
* Point of Sale & Menu Systems Management
* Digital Ordering & Customer‑Facing Systems
* Stock, Procurement & Supplier Systems
* Loyalty, Promotions & Commercial Alignment
* Reporting & Performance Insight
* User Access, Support & System Governance
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce system‑related friction for park teams.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong experience working with hospitality system Zonal (POS, procurement, digital ordering, loyalty).
* Excellent attention to detail, particularly around pricing, allergens, and compliance.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
* Confident using data and reports to support operational decisions.
* Clear communicator with the ability to support non‑technical users.
Desirable
* Experience supporting menu launches or multi‑site hospitality operations.
* Understanding of stock control, GP, and yield reporting.
* Experience working alongside training or operations teams.
Personal Attributes
* Methodical, reliable, and highly organised.
* Solutions‑focused with a calm approach to operational issues.
* Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Approachable and supportive when dealing with park teams.
