The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food & Beverage professional to take on a key leadership role within a busy, multi-outlet hospitality environment.
This position is responsible for the daily operational leadership of the entire Food & Beverage department, ensuring seamless service, strong team engagement, and exceptional guest experiences across all venues.
The successful candidate will:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar and lounge areas
Support the consistent delivery of high-quality restaurant service standards
Lead, motivate and develop a large, multi-outlet team including supervisors, servers, bartenders and events staff
Ensure exceptional guest service across all touchpoints, maintaining high operational standards
Work closely with senior management to drive operational efficiency and performance
Support revenue growth through strong service delivery, upselling and continuous improvement
Maintain control of rotas, staffing levels, service flow and overall guest satisfaction
Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety procedures
Collaborate with kitchen, sales and events teams to deliver seamless experiences for both leisure and event guests
About the Candidate This is a Deputy Head of Department role, acting on behalf of senior leadership when required. The focus will be on the day-to-day running of restaurant, bar and lounge operations, with flexibility to support wider events, weddings and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced Restaurant Manager or Senior F&B leader within a quality hotel or multi-outlet environment
A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced operation
Experienced in managing high-volume service
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Commercially aware with the ability to drive revenue and efficiency
A strong communicator, capable of coaching and developing teams
Highly organised, with experience managing rotas and multi-outlet service coordinator
