📍 Location: Droitwich Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
🕒 Hours: 🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hours/week)
📅 Contract: Temporary ongoing – Maternity cover

🔧 What you’ll do:
Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms
Investigate and resolve complaints with a problem-solving mindset
Assist with admin tasks, cancellations, and retention support
Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
Help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
🧠 What we’re looking for:
Confident and friendly phone manner
Quick thinker with a solution-focused attitude
Minimum 6 months' customer service or call centre experience
Willingness to learn and grow✨ Bonus points for:
Experience in telecoms, utilities, or technical support
Sales background with a results-driven mindset
