Our client is a the UK operation of an international player providing specialist modular buildings to the energy sector.
Due to ongoing project awards, a Project Manager is now required to lead projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include:
Project Delivery & Construction Management
Lead the construction phase of a modular data centre project from through to completion and handover.
Manage the overall construction programme, ensuring alignment between civil works, module delivery, M&E installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate all site-based activities, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved design, programme, budget, and technical specifications.
Site & Contractor Management
Manage and supervise any subcontractors
Oversee manufacture, groundworks, foundations, utility connections, and site infrastructure required for modular installation.
