The Role
Location: Ashbourne/Derby (Office & Field Hybrid)
Focus: Direct Enterprise Sales (UK & Europe)
We are looking for a heavyweight Senior Key Account Manager to lead our transition into direct-to-enterprise sales. You will be tasked with disrupting the status quo in large scale warehouses and logistics hubs. You are not a \"catalogue seller\" - you are a consultant who understands how to integrate tamper-evident technology into existing packaging systems to drive total cost savings.
Core Responsibilities
* Direct-to-Brand Acquisition: Leverage your existing network to onboard high-value accounts in the 3PL, E-commerce, Pharma, and High-Value Retail sectors.
* Value Engineering: Move the conversation beyond \"price-per-roll.\" You will demonstrate how TamperTech’s direct solutions (particularly our plastic-free paper solutions) reduce theft, decrease insurance claims, and meet 2026 sustainability mandates.
* System Integration: Collaborate with clients’ operations teams to integrate security tapes and labels into their automated packing lines.
* Strategic Growth: Act as the vanguard for TamperTech’s direct-to-market strategy, helping to define the roadmap for our UK and European sales team expansion.
* Market Leadership: Represent TamperTech at key industry events (e.g., Packaging Innovations, Logistics World) to position us as the direct manufacturer of choice.
About You: Qualifications & Experience:
* Industry Pedigree: You are a veteran of the packaging distribution sector (experience with major players like Raja, Macfarlane, Antalis, or Smurfit Kappa is highly desirable).
* Strategic Network: You bring a deep, active network of contacts across the 3PL, e-commerce, and industrial sectors, with a proven ability to convert long-standing relationships into strategic partnerships.
* System-Led Selling: You don’t just sell consumables; you have experience integrating packaging solutions (tapes, labels, and machinery) into high-volume operational environments.
* Contract Negotiation: Comfortable managing the \"Total Cost of Ownership\" conversation at the Director/C-suite level.
