Job Role: Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
Pay Rate: £40K to £50K (Negotiable – Depends on experience)
Bonus: OTE (on-target earnings) + Bonus
We are seeking experienced Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultants to join our Doctors Division. Mylocum is a leading healthcare recruitment provider, specializing in temporary, contract, and permanent placements for doctors across the UK. We focus on high-quality service for our clients and candidates.
As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant responsible for overseeing operational and strategic functions related to the recruitment and placement of doctors.
Main Responsibilities & KPIs:
* Identify client needs and match candidates to vacancies, understanding and anticipating requirements.
* Develop and maintain relationships with candidates through resourcing activities like advertising, social media, and referrals. Collaborate with marketing to post adverts.
* Communicate effectively with locums, assist in document retrieval, and ensure candidates are compliant and ready for placement.
* Build relationships with new clients, conduct client visits, and develop existing relationships by identifying key clients and partners.
* Ensure all candidates are booked regularly and provide post-placement support to clients and candidates.
* Update all communications and data on the CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
Essential Experience:
* Recruitment experience within the healthcare sector or at a senior level in other sectors.
* Experience working to timescales and sales targets.
* Ability to use initiative and demonstrate strong communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Eclipse.
