Engagement & Employability is a new team within Henley Business School, comprising Alumni & Development, Careers & Professional Development, and Entrepreneurship. The Engagement & Employability Assistant will provide administrative support that ensures the coordination and smooth running of the department and assist in the planning and delivery of various activities.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work well with a range of stakeholders from across Henley Business School.
From providing administrative support to our Careers Consultants to supporting student activities through the Henley Enterprise Lab, this post is key to supporting the department’s activities and will provide the postholder with an insight into Careers, Entrepreneurship, Alumni, and development activities.
You will have :
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* A clear focus on the customer and the ability to work with people at all levels
* Brilliant written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of operational support or administration in a busy environment
