ROLE: Legionella Risk Assessor
LOCATION: Bangor/Northern Ireland

We're looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor who will carry out high‑quality legionella risk assessments and support operational delivery to ensure full contractual and compliance requirements are met.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Undertake legionella risk assessments both manually and electronically to required standards.
2. Ensure all assessment reports and paperwork are completed accurately and returned within agreed timelines.
3. Carry out additional operational tasks to support service delivery and meet contractual commitments.
4. Complete assessments in line with ACOP L8 (4th Edition), HSG, BS‑1: and HTM 04‑01 guidelines.
5. Produce schematic diagrams and maintain accurate compliance evidence through PDA and digital systems.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
6. City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent).
7. Proven experience conducting legionella risk assessments within the water treatment industry.
8. Strong understanding of relevant compliance frameworks, including ACOP L8, HSG, BS‑1 and HTM 04‑01.
9. Strong IT literacy, including use of PDAs, and the ability to draw schematic diagrams.
10. Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
