Join a team of Program Planning and Control Analyst specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for the SRD Program at Honeywell Aero GTO. You will partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans and create cost and schedule baselines for large complex SRD programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and will interact with the global program management team, business leaders, and world‑class engineers. You will coach and mentor project analysts with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Measure program performance – EVMS, Schedule IMS.
* Create and maintain schedule integrity and track milestones.
* Perform critical path analysis and provide visual representation of the schedule for program reviews.
* Track budget and program financial data – ESIOP monthly tieout, MAT/EOC.
* Maintain and analyze cost and schedule integration.
Skills
* Degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance or Accounting, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience as a Business/Finance/Project Management Analyst.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management.
* Ability to work in a large, remote, diverse team in a matrix work environment.
* Experience with SAP system, Accolade, Honeywell Milestone Reporter, Short Range Outlook.
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills – e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
