Small Works Manager – Full Time – Airdrie
GS3 Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager on behalf of one of our clients for a full-time position based in Airdrie, overseeing small works projects.
Role Overview:
* Managing and delivering small works projects
* Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordinating site teams and subcontractors
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* First Aid certification
* Minimum of 2 recent, checkable references
* Proven experience in a similar role
Package:
* Salary: £55,000 per annum
* Car allowance included
